1. Obtain a password for your account by
calling, faxing or emailing us.
2. Make sure you have your account number
handy.
3. Buy Order - cash must be in your
account in order to purchase mutual funds online. Systematic investment plans
set up through salary deferral agreements or automatic checking account debits
are not considered buy orders. Any other request to purchase a mutual fund
through the use of our online account feature is subject to the following
conditions. There is a $1,000.00 minimum for purchases of Class A or Class B
shares. There is a $5,000.00 minimum for purchases of Class C shares.
4. Sell Order - sell minimums are
the same as for purchases. There may be a CDSC on Class B or Class C shares
depending on the length of time the shares have been held. Please consult your
Registered Representative, John Kaighn, or the prospectus for information on
CDSC.
5. Exchanges between funds of the
same family and same class of share can be done at any time, and are not
subject to a minimum transaction amount. This includes No Load funds for fee
based clients. An exchange between funds of different families, or different
share classes, is subject to the same minimums as a buy or sell order.
6. Mutual Funds can be sold by a dollar
amount or a share amount. Please be sure, when using the share
amount to buy or sell, that the minimum purchase price or minimum sale price is
attained.
7. Symbol - the mutual fund symbol
can be found at the online center under the view your account information
link. Just go to the symbol lookup form after logging in. You can also request
this information by telephone or email to John Kaighn, your representative.
8. As a verification, please be sure to
list the full name of the mutual fund you wish to purchase, including
the class of shares, in the box at the bottom of the form.
9. When buying, selling or exchanging, be sure only one action has an X in the box. Any X mark can be removed by clicking on the box. Only one transaction can be conducted at a time!
